欧司朗光电半导体的 TopLED 黑色系列再添新成员：一个黑色封装，两种光束角，五种颜色

二零一一年七月十八日 -- 中国讯 – 外形小巧、功率强大的黑色封装 LED 现在不仅有红光和黄光版本，更增加蓝光、绿光和橙光版本供您选择。欧司朗光电半导体为 TOPLED 黑色系列 60° 光束角产品组合增添三个颜色版本，而 30° 光束角产品组合更是涵盖所有五种颜色。欧司朗光电半导体德国总部可见光LED产品经理 Sven Weber 表示：“这意味着，在市售‘黑色’封装 LED 产品领域，欧司朗光电半导体拥有最广泛的产品组合，应用覆盖范围极广。”

这一 LED 系列特别适合用在单色和多色显示屏中，如电子路牌、旅游信息显示屏、停车控制系统和加油站的灯柱式价格牌。对这些应用而言，最佳光束角取决于与观看者之间的距离及周围条件。在平直的道路上，光束角为 30° 的 LED 是理想选择，而 60° 光束角版本则更适合用在高速公路出入口拐弯处、加油站以及公交车目的地显示屏中。在美国和日本，橙光 LED 版本主要用在人行横道灯中。

TOPLED 黑色系列采用全黑封装，能显著减少光反射。此外，该系列 LED 对比度高，这使得显示屏在任何照明条件下均可实现较高的清晰度。在 20 mA 的驱动电流下，30° 版本的绿光 LED 亮度高达 7 cd 。

作为表面封装 (SMT) 元件，这些 LED 适合自动化处理，这表明与采用放射 LED 的显示屏相比，采用此系列 LED 的显示屏生产成本更低。由于TopLED 和 Power-TopLED 相兼容的焊脚具高灵活性，因此可以根据需要轻松修改设计，这也意味着同一电路板上可以实现不同亮度和光束角的显示屏。
